"Simultanaity" Returns

AFter the poll I have reconsidered the name and have decided to return to "Simultananity" for the name.  The word reminds me of God.  The Lord is doing many things at one time and non of them are in conflict with each other.  This is a picture to me of the Kingdom of God, and the work of the Holy Spirit.

Made To Count - Gimme some feedback

Mtc2 Since we have completed the "Made To Count" 8-week focus as a church I would love to hear some feedback.   How have you been challenged?  What has God been doing in your life?  Where has he lead you?  What assignment to you see now?  How did the Holy Spirit Speak to you?  Please comment on this.  If you do not want it published on the BLOG here, let me know and I won't, but I would sure love to hear what God is doing in our lives!  Thanks

Spring Break at the Creation Museum

Img288 Img298 Img274 Img284 We spend today at the Creation Museum in Hebron, KentuckyImg253Img269 It was amazing and incredible.  We spent 6 hours there.  I was very impressed with the museum, but more impressed with the way the kids drank in Truth, and I felt faith rise in all of us. I was humbled and filled with awe at our God and His creative, flawless power!  I highly recommend it.  We cannot allow the bedrock of our faith in God as creator to be compromised.  Enjoy the pics.

I am fully convinced we were "Made To Count"

Mtc2 One of the greatest fears that people have is that they will live a life of insignificance.  I am convinced that god has created every persona and desires that their life be used in His hands.  We were all "made to count" and that is why I am totally excited about the next 8 weeks.  Every person has worth and value.  God has a plan for all of us and I know so many do not see this.  The enemy has used TV, movies, the media, commercialism to make us all believe we have to look, act, dress, and be shaped in a certain way to have value!  That is a stinking lie from Hell!  God has created every person with value, worth, and a plan.  We are going to journey together to fine out what that plan is!  See you Sunday.

Some Personal Notes

Nations Friday was a little psycho for me.  Since we lost Monday-Wednesday at the conference I had a lot cooking.  I had to get my radio show out to WPOS, taught Romans for emc, went to an eye exam and left and scheduled another, met with Rick for Sunday, returned some calls, talked with some staff, and headed home to gobble down some dinner before basketball practice. We started basketball last night. The boys are on the same team together through the YMCA.  While the boys had practice, Wendy and I worked out.  Today we had JBQ in Flatrock. I am proud of our children's ministry.  We have 5 JBQ teams.  They did great and are learning the Word of God together. I did a few chores around the house, had some friends stop by,and then we went over to the Joe & Cathy's to see pics from their trip to Rome.  Incredible!

The family is in bed.  I am blogging, spending some time with the Lord, reviewing my message, and getting ready to crash before getting up at 5:30 for gatherings tomorrow. Sunday is my favorite day of the week! Getting together with the BCC family to worship Jesus is one of the most joyful things I do!  I am excited about tomorrow and hope I can sleep since I drank to cups of coffee down at Joe's.  It is the second Sunday of our Mission Emphasis  GLOBAL OUTREACH.  Missionaries Trey and Becky Hancock will be sharing some and I will be speaking on the Father's Global Heart.
